Essentrics on the South Shore

Essentrics has unlocked places in my body that have been immobilized for decades. My kayak stroke has improved, I have more energy, I have a spring in my step, my brain is functioning better; I don’t feel like I’m getting old, I feel like I’m getting young. My art has changed. I’m almost pain free now. I have literally experienced a total body transformation in one year by doing Essentrics every day, as has my partner John. Usually just 20 mins to half an hour a day.

☀️I am currently teaching Essentrics on Monday mornings in Chester through the Chester recreation Department. The class is now full.

❤️Stay tuned for Summer classes at Blockhouse Yoga at the 4 way stop in Blockhouse Nova Scotia. Potentially Friday mornings at 8AM to beat the heat and get you going for your day!

Please come to class with yoga mat and water. You will want to wear clothes you can move in. Also it helps to bring a block or towel to sit on for the sitting portion and a towel for under your hips if they are sensitive for the leg work. Physio therapy bands are also useful for tight hamstrings.
